Ovulation ???

Can somebody please help me understand how Ovulation works and when exactly do you ovulate because I’ve tried to get pregnant and idk if I’m doing it at the right days or what HELP ??!!! Or can somebody explain it to me a little better thanks!!!

I am in the same boat as you as I got a Positive soiled smiley face on day14 and I was put on clomid this cycle and I’ve been told you ovulation between 8-36 hours 12-24 hours 12-48 hours so which one is it?

it's not really a specific and unchangeable time .  refere to the middle of your menstrual cycle if it's 28 long then 14th day is the one . the ovulation periode should be between 12th and 16th day with high probability on the 14th . another thing is the changes in your mood and body . you may experience little cramps in that time as well as shift mood horny ...but that depends on the person .  discharge of cervical mucus too. if you're on a pill refere to the notice .

You usually ovulate during the middle of your cycle. So like a couple weeks before expected period. Best way to get pregnant is to actually have sex before you ovulate because the sperm can live up to 5-7 days inside of you. When you ovulate and the egg is release it happens quite fast so unless you know exactly when and can get your man to cum in you at that moment it’s going to be highly unlikely that you will get pregnant. Try having sex maybe a day before you ovulate so  this way the sperm can just wait there, in a sense, for the egg to be released for fertilization and implantation.
