I need abit of advice

I had a miscarriage it started on February 7th and I stopped bleeding on the 14th February... I have now started bleeding 9th march and I stoped on the 11th it hasn't been heavy at all I have only used 4 tampons in total over the 3 days, I'm just wondering is this classed as a period because normally I'm bleeding for about 5 days and have to change every 3 hours.... HELP
