Advice

So in January I had a chemical pregnancy but the weeks in the run up I had a sore throat and I couldn't stop coughing. Fast forward to now, I'm not sure when I ovulated last month as went on holiday and forgot my OPKs, now I am the exact same cannot stop coughing, my AF is late but had a negative test this morning as I just don't know when I ovulated! Has anyone the experience or has advice?! Thanks x
