Help, please! Really bad AF this month.
Does anyone else notice once they began TTC, their periods got worse? My AF started officially yesterday but I had the worst hormonal swings and terrible cramping yesterday and today. What could this be from? I did start kickboxing again recently, so that may be it, but I've had a few other really bad periods since TTC for 10 months now.
