Another month still no baby 😭

Why is it that people can have sex ONCE and end up pregnant... DH and I BD every single day leading up to and after ovulation. Thought this month was our month but this morning I woke up to spotting and AF cramps 😭 F**K you AF. Onto another month of trying....
