HELP ME!

I’m new here and TTC I was on depo for 3 years but got off of it a year ago. The gyno says I am healthy/nothing wrong with me. I have had very irregular periods over the years but December January and feb I did bleed for a week starting the 9th. This month nothing yet, 3 days late but took a test last night & BFN. thoughts? Advice?
