8 weeks and cramping?

I'm a first time mom, so I'm not sure if this is normal. I'm 8 weeks today, and I'm having mild cramps, not as bad as my period cramps, but they're there. I should also mention my SO and I had sex twice yesterday. Normal, or should I be concerned?

Aw honey, Cramps are perfectly normal during your first trimester . As long as there’s no bleeding, you will be fine. With my first pregnancy I cramped for a few weeks, it felt similar to menstrual cramps . You have nothing to worry about ❤️

You may also be cramping because of the sex. Orgasms make the uterus contract and can irritate it a bit...
