Bone Broth for a Welcoming Womb ❤️👶🏻❤️👶🏻❤️

Bella

So, I've done a lot of research and we all know pineapple/bromeline is standard from 1-5/6dpo. What else can we do is always the question. And then I had a bit of an "aha" moment the other day when I was listening to a fertility coach podcast on what to do during the tww. It's bone broth! Pure and simple. There are a lot of reasons for this - namely it's an amazing elixir that full of vitamins and minerals which is super nourishing for your womb and also your spleen (which has a lot of correlation to your thyroid and hormones). It's also warm and it's really important to have lots of warm nourishing foods after ovulation. Last time I got pregnant, it was winter and we were eating lots of yummy beef bone marrow stews with bone broth. We would get marrow bones from the butcher and with the bone marrow stock we would make beef stew. It was delicious and that's why I ate it. Didn't know much about bone marrow fad back then. But putting two and two together, I'm sure it was very helpful, in retrospect, for getting preggers. So just wanted to share because I know we all want to do everything possible for or little beans to be. Here's a recipe I've dug up. You can use any bones but I use marrow from the thigh that the butcher chops. I also use beef knuckle. Feel free to ask any questions. Lots of love to everyone! May you have a successful and blessed cycle! ❤️
