Reassurance/advice needed

Hi all this is my first pregnancy and according to the app I am 5 weeks although doctor just said 6 weeks? The start of my last period was 6th feb.

For 2 days I have been bleeding now when I say this there is more than a few drops in a pad and no blood when I wee just when I wipe. It’s no where near a period but more than spots

I went to the gp today in the uk who rang the hospital they want to see me Wednesday to do a scan I got the feeling she is expecting a miscarriage? As well as this I do get every now and then about 5 times a day period cramps, my last test on Sunday was very positive - have other people had this? What would you expect to see on a scan this early?
