I caved and went on FF and paid for 30day membership in hopes it will help me understand better. So far it has but not enough but it’s only be a few days since I bought it. I am not feeling confident about this cycle since I only had one day +opk after my temp rises and dropped. Usually I have af cramps from o to Af. I do this cycle but not like my normal everywhere random slight cramps. They are fluctuate from lower back right to front right/ middle a few on left. But I ignored the left mild cramps bc it’s not constant. I don’t put a lot on my charts bc I am guilty for symptom spotting and ends up me stressing n confused more.
