Is there a good chance I got the job??

So I applied for this job I wasn't Really qualified for months ago (late 2017). I have some experience but not much. They interviewed me and I didn't hear back. I kept calling to check up and ask if they needed anything. The last time I called to follow up was January this year. I thought they just were going another direction.

Well, the owner of the company just called me and asked to come back in. He said he appreciated my persistence. He asked if I would be willing to get some certifications so that I would be qualified for the position and I said yes. When he asked about the salary, I said that I knew my experience didn't reflect what the position needed so I would be comfortable taking a lower hourly because I am under experienced. He said that's good and clarified that I wanted to learn and grow with the company and I said yes. He asked to meet tomorrow. Since he knows my level of experience and it's been about two months since I'm last followed up and about four since the position has been applied for, is there a good chance I got the job??
