Who do you rant/vent to?

I need to rant but I know my husband gets tired of hearing it. I’m newly pregnant after mc and would love if I could actually talk about these things. Can’t talk to my mom, she does not understand mother/daughter confidentiality. My sister

is just...No. One bestfriend is super single and not even close to the same sector of life. The other is still rather sensitive about her abortion so I’m not gonna bring up babies to her. I have one friend that might understand (because she is also pregnant), but we havent told anyone about my pregnancy yet because we are walking on eggshells since the first mc. Advice?

My husband. I just had a meltdown and he listened, and held me, and was just the best support. He works extremely long hours and I know he probably would’ve rather been asleep, but he really showed up for me tonight. Thankful for that.

I only told 5 people including my husband... it tough but I say I usually rant to my sister bc she and I are very close. I haven’t told my other two sisters yet but not because of any specific reason. I haven’t told my mother yet bc she is not your typical mother. I am actually more excited to tell my in laws surprisingly. My sister though keeps me sane when I want to scream and throw a tantrum and I do the same for her. You just have to find someone who can help you and let you get it all out... I hope you find them soon bc this stuff isn’t easy!
