Does it have sennicot in ingredients??? if so like most diet teas it'll make u crap ur brains out I used to drink dieters tea every single day and let me tell ya I lost weight but now I'm unable to go to bathroom with out some kind if stimulant but thats what happens when u abuse that kinda stuff lol but if it does have sennicot in it do it every other day and then on off days drink a Yogi  teas they have so many great ones and the herbs are good for ur body but drinking diet tea everyday will strip ur nutrients so just kinda go slow with it keep me posted tho
