Foul odor

Okay so I’m a freshman in college and I just had a UTI and went to the doctor and was put on a 10 pill antibiotic for 5 days (so 2 pills a day) finished the pills and my symptoms went away but like the next day I started having a very bad vaginal odor. It’s lasted a couple of days now and no matter how much I was up the smell comes back. I don’t know what the cause of the odor is and it’s really scaring me because I go back to school in a week and I don’t want to go back to my man and it smell when we have sex again (he stayed at school for spring break). While I was taking the meds we were still having sex pretty regularly so I’m worried maybe that has something to do with it? Any suggestions or ideas of where the smell is coming from? It almost smells like I’m on my period and haven’t washed up in a while.
