So i got off birth control (nuvaring) in the end of December cause my husband and I have decided to start TTC. What I’m wondering is, has anyone ever had their cycle change times after ending BC?

Before going on BC my period would normally start between the 11th-14th. I changed the timing of my cycle a couple times due to some special circumstances, and the last couple cycles I started on the 24th. My period in January came on the 24th. Later I had some spotting around the 12th of February. I thought it might be implantation bleeding since we are TTC. I didn’t get my February period on the 24th as I was expecting, so I started taking HPTs a couple days after, all negative.

Today would make 17 days late according to my app, so I was going to call and schedule a drs appointment in the morning. However, it appears I may have started my period tonight. This would put me back on my original timeline before I started BC. So I guess what I’m wondering is if my body is maybe just regulating back to its original timing? Has anyone experienced something like that?
