First period after IUD removal
I had the Mirena IUD for over a year. I got it removed last week and within two days my period was back. It has been the heaviest period I've ever had, a total bloodbath. I'm hoping this is just my body getting back to the swing of things and my periods start to lighten up a bit after this. What was your first post removal period like?
