i still have 2 cups everyday but nothing has made my supply come back since having mastitis the first week she was born. ive heard for others it works great. i have Vitality Fennel essential oil ftom young living i put in it too.

Yes! It works and also drink plenty of water! 
I am bad at that but it also helps a lot when you do.

I used it and it helped but it also made my baby gassy so I had to stop. Switched to brewers yeast and it worked wayyyyy better for me and my child doesn’t seem to be any worse for the wear because of it.

Definitely helped me with my first. Haven’t needed to use it yet with this one. It doesn’t hurt to try!!!

It worked for me. I went from only getting 2 oz from both boobs to 4 oz. You have to be consistent with it though and also drink plenty of water.
