Little Remedies Gas Drops

So I have been using this product for two days now, and although it has made my son less fussy, he has been spitting up more and it occurs when he wakes up from his last feeding before I feed him again. I'm a first time mom and am just wondering if anyone els has experienced something like this? Also my son is believed to have reflux, and gas problems, I use Dr Browns bottles and Nutramigen formula, so I'm looking for tips and tricks I can try to reduce his pain. He is also on an antacid. Any advice is appreciated!
