My so and I are not actually trying to get pregnant so I haven't been doing the ovulation strips. My cycle is like clockwork typically. I also have pretty bad cramps mid cycle every month. I have always been associating those with ovulation. However, I have been tracking other things like cm. my cm and general frisky vibes would indicate I was ovulating a few days prior to mid cycle. I am curious if anyone else has monitored their ovulation and cramps? Is it possible my cramps aren't when I am ovulating?
