How many dirty (poopy) diaper your breast fed baby have per day?

I am curious if there is any correlation between sleep behavior and bowel movement of babies? Because I know some 4-5 month old babies already pooping less frequent but my baby still has 4-5 dirty diapers per day and unfortunately she still doesn’t sleep more than 2 hours at a time during night...Her naps are around 30-40 mins and it is always either gas or poop that wakes her up during the day.

My 5 month old is exclusively breast-fed, and it totally depends on the day. Sometimes he has 5 poops other days none, and sometimes it’s somewhere in between. He has gas often and has a hard time napping more than 30 mins unless he is in my arms. He does sleep pretty well at night, but does not really sleep through the night yet.

It's a day by day thing here lol. she may poop 5 times one day then not poop for two or three days the next 😂

My 4 month old only poops once a week. He is 90% breastfeed and 10% formula fed (do to supply and growth issues) our doc said it's completely normal.

Ha! my daughter always poops herself awake! 
not sure if it helps you, she poops on average three times a day (I quit tracking). She's four and a half months, ebf, and ONLY naps when we're not at home, like out for a walk in the stroller or shopping in the ergo. she'll sleep through the night though, unless were at a hotel (we visit my husband sometimes when he's working out of town)
she was up often last night, and while I feel a LITTLE bad for whoever is in the next hotel room, I feel worse for me! Lol I get to drive home now :/

My son use to poop all the time, I mean like every time I went to change his diaper he had pooped. But since I've been giving him baby food he only has one real big poop a day. Sometimes every other day, but it didn't change until I started to give him food.
