Best infant thermometer?

Question

What do you recommend as an accurate and reliable thermometer for a newborn? We have a basic oral/underarm/rectal but I was looking to see what you ladies have used and recommend. Thanks!

I have the exergen  temporal one, but if its anywhere over 99.5 i do rectally since that's  the most accurate  results.

We have this one and I love it because it’s so easy to use! If it ever reads higher than 99 degrees I use my other normal thermometer under his arm. It’s supposedly more accurate than the forehead thermometers.

I have the brahn forehead one and its great! It turns yellow or red when fevers are high which is handy. I read online that forehead ones can be inaccurate but my daughter had a fever and ear infection last weekend and it was reading 104 and 105. At the ER they did a rectal one and it was 104 so now I know it's accurate or at least only a degree off. I love how easy it is to use and when I'm in mom panic mode it's not difficult to check her temp a zillion times lol
