PCOS & Weight Loss
It’s so frustrating trying to lose weight with PCOS!! 😤
I lift HEAVY weights, walk a minimum of 5miles per day, I eat mainly whole foods and not many carbohydrates (high GI) and even started working out 2x daily now. Progress is SLOW!
But it’s important to focus on the positives and set yourself small goals!

My changes aren’t huge but they’re changes 💪🏽 and I have so many positives to take from the past year!
- ive lost 17kg/37lbs so far
- I squatted 167.5kg/369lbs after losing this weight and having a broken rib in this time🏋🏻♀️ #girlswholift
- my relationship with food is 100x better
- I found out I had PCOS on this time .. I don’t want this to be a negative in my life, at least I know now and I can manage it better!
