I went to the doctor and explained that I was confused about when my period starts. Does it start with spotting or when the Flo starts? She told me that it starts when spotting begins which she called premenstrual spotting. I read online on several sites that your period starts when your Flo starts and to not count spotting as the beginning of your cycle so I wonder what your doctors have told any of you? I want to have the exact date of when my cycle starts. Thanks ladies.
