My last period was the 19th of feb

I took the morning after pill the 3rd of March

I then bled from the 7th-11th very light

I took an ovulation test this morning which says I’m ovulating but that doesn’t make sense seeing as I’ve already ovulated? So I took a pregnancy test can anyone see a line

I’m so confused to wether the bleeding was implantation or a period??
