Q tip test
Anyone try this before? Is it accurate in telling if AF is coming.
Tried it today. Completely clean. Af is due today.
Q tip test is taking a q tip sticking it up your vagina and swirling it around then seeing what’s on it. You can check cm or see if af is on the way.
Idk if it works or what but I’m desperate
