Advice with PCOS

I️ am 19 years old and have regular , on time periods every single month . I️ weigh 120 pounds , I️ have no excessive hair and I’m not over weight but my ultrasound of my ovaries show I️ have polycystic ovaries . My S.O and I️ have been ttc for a year now with no success and the doctor is telling me im not ovulating . She won’t give me any fertility pills unless I️ do a hsg first to make sure I️ have no blockages in my tubes . I️ am new to this and I️ don’t understand why I️ wouldn’t have more symptoms than just the cyst on my ovaries. I️ am starting to wonder if I️ really have PCOS . From this point I️ don’t know where to go from here . All of my hormones and blood work came back normal . Any advice or tips ? I️ need some guidance .
