this is my first time breastfeeding and so far it brand good my daughter is 1 month and 2 weeks old ..i only breastfeed I don't pump sometimes at night but I been feeling like I'm not full or I don't have any milk ..i do try the lactation cookies, smoothies etc ..what does this mean

As long as your baby is having enough wet/poopy diapers, they are getting enough! With my first I never got anything when I pumped, and I never leaked or anything. Everyone is different!

Ur body starts adjusting to make only what the baby needs. The full feeling starts to go away unless she hasn’t ate for longer then normal. My dr said the same thing about the diapers.
