Ladies what does this do and when should I start taking this? I don't have pcos but I've heard great things about this.... Cycle day 16was yesterday so we did a blood test to see if I ovulated this month ( I have never had ovulation issues) but this cycle I didn't get a positive opk at all which is very strange... My cycles are regularly at 25-27days soooo I wanna try something new this cycle. I go back to my dr in two weeks so she can start helping us ttc also get results. Has vitex helped, if not what should I start taking.
