Mucus on newborn diaper

Im a new mom of formula fed 4weeks old. 2weeks ago ive noticed mucus on his diaper. Im giving him enfamil a+. Since the mucus won’t go away i switched to enfamil gentle ease but still the mucus still there. Any mom dealing with a newborn firmula fed having mucus on his poop? Our pediatrician kept on dismissing me when i asked asjed about the mucus and why my baby is having them. Here is the picture of one of his diaper.
