Feeling so stressed

How am I suppose to be healthy (drinking enough water and eating healthy) when all my stomach can handle is Sprite and crackers/soup 😭 I’m 6 weeks today and have barely had any water for a week because of how sick I’ve been with nausea. The doctor gave me ginger pills but they don’t help enough. I’m just so stressed because I want to be as healthy as possible during this pregnancy for the baby. What do I do?
