Has anyone ever not seen a heartbeat at 10 weeks and baby was okay?

I dont want to go into detail because I’m l don’t know how to feel. I’ve had a US at 7+5 heard and saw the heartbeat. Today at 10 weeks the baby looks like a 10 week baby but no heartbeat. Just holding on

If there is no longer a heart beat at 10 weeks on ultrasound that is definitely not good. I’m sorry.

I am so sorry, usually no heartbeat means not alive and the baby has passed.

I'm so sorry but since you're sure you didn't just conceive late, that is a loss. 
The same thing happened to me my 3rd pregnancy. We had a heartbeat at 7 weeks but by 9.5 weeks it was gone and baby had stopped developing. I ended up having a d&c. I grieved heavily and it was one of the hardest times of my life. 
I had 2 health kids prior, one after and I'm 34 weeks yet again. So you can go on to have a healthy pregnancy. But that doesn't replace the ones we lost.
