Should I give in?

My daughter is 2 years old. Just turned 2 last month. She has never drank water, ever. Just juice and chocolate milk. She will rarely drink white milk. I typically mix her juice with water, probably 40-50% water and she does fine.

If I mix anymore water in she will just throw the cup and won’t drink all day, sometimes for 2 days.

I’ve tried fruit in water, and different types of drinks. It’s been a day and a half since I gave her any juice, and just gave her water instead and every hour or so she brings me her cup and throws it when I don’t put something else in it.

She’s my first so I’m wondering if I should just keep letting her have juice or if I should just tell her if she’s thirsty she’ll drink at least one cup of water a day?

She doesn’t eat many foods that contain a lot of water (fruits and veggies) because she’s extremely picky, that’s why I want her drinking more.
