Need Advice

My husband and I decided to start ttc again after a year of waiting due to having a miscarriage. I got my implanon out Feb 1st and have had 1 period since then. However, this month I am five days late and have had minor cramps and my breasts hurt like crazy. I've also been super tired lately, and have taken about 4 hpt's all of which have been negative. I hate getting my hopes up and every time I test. Am I being crazy thinking I could be pregnant and not be? Positive feedback please
