A lot of people on her advise I should get child support but I wonder if it’s even worth it?

My kids father quits his jobs every other week. He is not on the birth certificate and she has my last name.

My mom told me a story about getting child support form my dad and the courts awarded like 60 dollars which my dad made way more money then only being able to give 60. Sometimes she didn’t see any money due to court cost.

My kids father is very manipulative, a lair and just bad. I mean I know everybody on here says they hate their baby dad and I don’t but he’s just no good in general. He needs to work on himself - he just uses ppl to get what he wants. I know I need help with her but I honestly just want him out our lives...if I’m not gonna get much money anyway I think I don’t even want it.

I would let him keep his little money in exchange for him not being involved...that’s sounds bad but I don’t need my child messed up because of him. What’s you ladies opinions?
