My 2 yr old got ahold of my coco butter. It's the thick one thats kinda hard. Anyways she coated her hair with it. I have washed her hair 3 times with pantine and tressame. Then when that didn't work I used dawn dish soap. That worked a little, but her hair is still hard and feels disgusting. She has such pretty curly hair and I normally don't shampoo it cuz it drys it out. I'm so afraid of damaging it. Anyone know what else I can do? Is it something I'm just going to have to let work itself out?

Update: I talked to a hair stylist and she said olive oil will make it worse, and to use a hair dryer and try to melt it out 😩 what 2yr old is going to set through a hair dryer blowing on them. She runs out of the bathroom when I use it on myself.
