Back pain, Braxton Hicks, or labor?

I have had an odd backache since about 5 p.m (it’s now 9 p.m) & it hasn’t gotten any better or worse even with a bath, moving around, or drinking water. I’ve also been experiencing discomfort & a little pain in my rib & pelvic area. My stomach has “contracted” only nice or twice so I’m not sure if it’s just a normal BH or what’s going on. Also yesterday I sat up off of my bed & thought I peed myself but it didn’t smell like urine or really anything, but it was enough to soak through my underwear & pants. Am I just having a long backache, Braxton Hicks that actually hurt, or what? I really don’t think it’s labor but my mom did have back labor with my brother & no contractions until after she was admitted. Don’t know if that really helps or not just looking for advice because I’m a first time mom & am a little worried😅
