33 weeks and 4 days. 1cm dilated

couple questions for you ladies! has anyone experienced being dilated this early and did you go into labor early?

will they stop labor this early? I'm having on and off pressure that are small contractions throughout the day and some cramping.

lastly, I know prostoglandins from semen can jump start labor, but is it ok to have protected sex without jump starting labor?
