Abs tips
Can I get any weight loss tips and abs advice ! I’m trying get them in by 3 month! It’s been currently two weeks and I’m also vegan! I’m about 136. I just wanted what other people advice is . I cut low on all junk food and only drink slim tea , water and kombucha. I also only eat two meals during the weekend and workout everyday 20-30 mins doing Pilates in the morning and then abs later or cardio. I have a gym membership so when I’m there I like using weights. I usually squat around 75 and bench 50
