Sudden swelling and numbness

Hi All, I’m 38 weeks today and I’ve been at a wedding all evening. I was pretty good at stayed off my feet and all of a sudden noticed that my legs felt numb to the touch. I went to take my low heels off and noticed that my feet and ankles were really swollen. I have had zero swelling my entire pregnancy. I also have back pain but could be from sitting. Worth going to the hospital??
