I jus posted the same question lol I didn't realize it was already posted a fee hours ago...my LO had baby acne at 2-3 weeks old...lasted about 7 days then went away hoping this clears up soon !

Baby acne, try some California baby cream called calendula cream it will get rid of it

Looks kind of like Keratosis Pilaris but I’ve never seen it on babies before.
