Washing Nursing Bras & Clothes in Dreft?

FTM here! Do I need to wash my nursing bras, night gowns, and camis in dreft? I know you’re supposed to for the baby clothes, but since the baby will be nursing do I need to wash what I wear as well? Thanks!

dreft is sooooooo expensive for no reason! I use any cheap detergent that says “free and clear” and wash everything of ours in it

In my opinion you shouldn’t. My baby had an allergy to dreft so we just use All free and clear for everything now.

Honestly just see if your baby is sensitive and if she is then change your detergent but don’t make it more work if you don’t have too .

Haha I just posted then read everyone’s comments and am laughing about how almost all of them have recommended ALL agree and clear. That’s crazy it’s THAT well known and better if a product!

Dreft isn’t even as good for your baby as all free and clear. That’s what we use for al of us now. Target has a knock iff version if you want it a buck cheaper. Anyway, you’ll probably be wiping off your nipple real fast every time you nurse it’s fine.

I read it's best to use the brand you use to wash your clothes since your baby will lay on you a lot.  Just get the free and clear version.  Baby version of soap, laundry soap and now dish soap is such a racket! I've learned my lesson this time around!

Yea I hear a lot have allergies to dreft besides it being expensive... I use all free and clear for all of our stuff
