Hi ladies, I’m twelve months postpartum and have been breastfeeding exclusively the whole time. I’ve noticed in the last week that my nipples are really tender, during and in between feeds. It’s actually painful when my daughter latches on and off. They’re not cracked or bleeding or anything, just sore. I’m yet to have a period since before I fell pregnant, so I don’t know if the nipple tenderness is maybe PMS? Or if I should be keeping an eye on it because it could be something else?
