HELP ME Bath? Am I allowed?

So I was in early labour for 4 days and active labour for 19 hours and only dilated to 4cm so baby boy ended up being an emergency cesarean anyways it's 4 weeks later, the incision site is completed healed(on the outside) I had dissolvable stitches but their gone now and there's no scab anymore. I'd love to soak in a hot bath, in radox muscle relaxer but I literally have no idea when your allowed to gabe a bath? Please someone help a sore mumma out?
