If you are sick when you ovulate it can push back ovulation. The time between ovulation and your period almost never varies by more than a day or two. Many “late” periods are actually late ovulations but people don’t always track so they don’t know that. Check out the book Taking Charge of Your Fertility; you’ll learn so much and question why you never learned it all before! It totally changed my perspective.
