Vitex

Has anyone stopped taking vitex and it messed up their period?

I started taking it a couple months back because I was bleeding nonstop for two months... something with me coming off my Birth control (Depo) really messed up my cycles and my doctor said go back on the pill again but I didn't want to bc I'm ttc so I started using vitex and it regulated me, I have recently started to ease myself off it (one pill a day rather than two then once every other day )
