Has anyone used this cream? My baby has redness around his anal area and the doc asked me to apply some of this. I had this with me but not sure if the cream is supposed to look like this (looks like bubbled up or something). Has it gone bad or is this how it normally is?? Have attached pics with and without flash. And also the ingredients list on the label. Is it safe to use? Has anyone had any experience with it pls share!
