Anyone notice a difference in baby (sleeping pattern) when you drink coffee during the day?

I am not sure if that’s what’s causing her to not sleep well at night or if she’s just a normal 2-3 week old baby lol.

I drank one cup of coffee throughout my entire pregnancy and then continued once my milk came in. Sometimes I don’t even finish it. Some nights she will go 3 hours between feedings but most nights she will only go 1.5 and is still having a few awake periods. I don’t think she’s switched her days and nights yet, against my best efforts. She’s the BEST sleeper during the day lol.

I guess I am just trying to see if this is all my fault. 😞
