Vitex help
so I bought vitex yesterday. took one pill last night and 1 pill this morning. planning on taking another one tonight. should I take one 3 times a day or just stick with 2? should I take the 2 at once or spread it out like 1 in the morning, 1 at night? I haven't had a period since before Thanksgiving so I need the kickstart.
