Weight loss?

What’s a healthy weight for a 6 foot women?

I’m 220 right now and I don’t know a good goal to aim for. I have a thyroid problem so I gain weight fast and easy but it’s hard to loose. I don’t want that to stop me.

So starting as soon as my uni exams are over and focusing on myself. So I’m setting a 4 month goal.

Where should I aim?!!
