Social media insecure

I’ve been really insecure for a while now, after a really bad relationship I had a while ago. Now I have a different boyfriend and we’ve been together for 4 months and he keeps sending me requests for Instagram and I can’t add him, because I know I’m going to snoop and see all the girls he follows and that like his stuff and the pics he likes and it’s going to make me even more insecure. He knows sooo many people and I just don’t kno what to do 😔 I can’t keep avoiding it and hiding from it. I just wish we didn’t have social media for this reason. And I feel embarrassed to tell him why I can’t add him.
